With more than 23 years in mortgage and additional experience in real estate, Jim knows that market conditions and mortgage programs continually change. That’s why Jim specializes in educating customers on the home buying process.

Prior to mortgage and real estate, Jim earned a business degree in finance. Additionally, Jim is blessed with a wonderful wife and three daughters. Together they have a small farm with some horses, goats and chickens. Jim is also active in the Veterans Community Project and is working to help open a local VAREP chapter.
